Just wanted to say how disappointed I was with the Channel 9 Carols By Candlelight.

Every year it gets worse with guests, especially the young ones ruining good traditional Christmas carols. They will insist on adding "Oh yeah's", and all sorts of other comments and don't even seem to know the original carol.

I was initially pleasantly surprised at Matthew Newton's voice until he began to do the same and Guy Sebastian absolutely "trashed" his two songs.

It's not even worth taping and fast forwarding to the good parts any more. I have watched my last Carols and it's a shame because it is all for Vision Australia and it's been ruined.
